1. Nature of Services (No Physical Shipping)

This website is operated by the Temple Trust for the sole purpose of collecting voluntary donations and facilitating the booking of religious rituals (Sevas and Pujas). We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products, items, merchandise, or Prasad via courier or postal services. All services are spiritual in nature and are performed directly at the temple premises.

2. Delivery of Digital Receipts & Confirmations

Because we do not ship physical items, there are absolutely no shipping charges, delivery costs, or shipping methods to select at checkout. Upon successfully making a donation or booking a ritual, a digital receipt and booking confirmation will be automatically generated and delivered to your registered email address or mobile number.

3. Ritual Fulfillment & Processing Time

Any rituals (Pujas/Sevas) booked online will be scheduled and performed on the specific date selected by you during the booking process, or on the next auspicious date according to the temple's calendar. The priests will perform the ritual on your behalf using the details (such as Name and Gotra) you provided. Your physical presence is not mandatory for these online bookings.

4. Billing Address Requirements

While our payment gateway may require you to enter a "Billing Address" during checkout for security and verification purposes, please note that this is strictly for maintaining accurate donor records and issuing tax exemption certificates (if applicable). No physical mail, packages, or goods will be sent to your address.

5. International Donations

Because no physical packages are dispatched, international devotees do not need to worry about import duties, customs taxes, or international shipping delays. International digital donations are accepted subject to the Trust's regulatory compliance and the capabilities of our payment gateway.

6. Tracking Your Booking

As there are no physical packages to dispatch, no courier tracking numbers will be provided. Your confirmation email serves as the official record of your booking. If you have any questions or require updates regarding the scheduling of your ritual, please contact the temple administration directly.
